Shipping & Delivery Policy
Last updated: September 17, 2026
This policy explains the general shipping approach for wholesale auto parts and heavy engine components.
1. Shipping Quotes
Freight is quoted based on the product type, total weight or dimensions, quantity, destination, access requirements and selected service level. Large engines and transmissions may require palletized LTL freight.
2. Processing
Processing begins after an order is accepted and any required payment or verification is complete. Estimated handling time may vary by stock location, order size and whether products require special preparation.
3. Delivery Estimates
Transit times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guarantees unless a guaranteed service is purchased and expressly confirmed in writing.
4. Commercial and Residential Delivery
Business locations with a loading dock or forklift may receive different freight rates from residential, limited-access or lift-gate deliveries. Buyers should provide accurate delivery conditions before the quote is finalized.
5. Inspection at Delivery
Inspect pallets, cartons and visible product condition at delivery. Note visible damage or shortages on the carrier documentation where possible and retain packaging for claim review.
6. Address Accuracy
The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate and accessible delivery address. Re-delivery, address correction, storage or appointment charges caused by inaccurate information may be added by the carrier.
7. International Requests
International shipping may require customs documents, duties, taxes, broker fees or import compliance that are separate from the product price unless expressly included in a quotation.
8. Contact
